Our diesel pellet mill is driven by a robust diesel engine, perfectly designed for off-grid farms and remote regions lacking stable three-phase electricity. It converts sawdust, straw, rice husk and other biomass residues, as well as mixed raw feed materials, into dense, uniform pellets. Materials are forced out of the die holes by the squeezing action of the die and roller, forming high-quality feed or fuel pellets without extra binders.

This pellet machine is compact , features solid alloy die and rollers for extended service life. Available in multiple capacity options, it suits small-scale on-site production. Working Principle:

The ZWSP D-Type series pellet press machine uses the diesel engine，electric motor，gas engine and PTO as power. The gears derive the spindle and die. The raw materials are forced out of the die holes by the squeezing action of the die and roller. Then the high quality pellets are produced. The length of the pellets can be controlled by adjusting the position of the tool bit.

Raw materials moisture content:

Due to different kinds of raw materials, the requirements to the moisture are different.

Usually we require sawdust moisture content 10%-18% while mix the materials evenly.

Particle Size:

The length of the material cannot exceed the diameter of the die hole. 

For example, if the diameter of the die hole was 6mm, the length of the 

Material could not be longer than 6mm. Please ensure the right size of 

Raw material, or else, they will easily damage the machine.
