Induction heating:

Put workpiece into the sensor. The sensor is hollow brass tubes, which is generally input intermediate frequency or high frequency alternating current (300-300000Hz or higher). Generating an alternating magnetic field with the same frequency of the induced current in the workpiece. The induced current distribution in the workpiece is uneven: surface strength, while weak in the interior, the central portion close to 0. Use the skin effect enables rapid heating of the surface of workpiece.The surface temperature rises to 800-1000 ℃ within a few seconds, while the central portion temperature is small.
