Induction heating used for diathermy forging industry

This horizontal integrated IGBT medium frequency induction heating furnace is specially designed for continuous preheating of steel, aluminum and copper bars before forging. Built-in automatic feeding structure realizes fully unmanned feeding, conveying and heating, perfectly matching automated forging production lines.

Adopting high-efficiency IGBT solid-state inverter, the unit reaches over 95% heat conversion efficiency to cut electricity costs drastically. It delivers uniform cross-section heating for metal rods, eliminating cold core and local overheating to stabilize forging quality and raise finished product yield.

The compact horizontal all-in-one design saves workshop floor space, easy to install and relocate. Equipped with interlock feeding protection, overheat, overcurrent and overvoltage safety systems, it supports stable 24-hour non-stop industrial operation with low maintenance costs. Certified with CE standard, this induction heating machine is widely used in hot forging, upsetting and metal forming of steel, copper and aluminum billets worldwide.
