Counterflow Cooler

counterflow cooler is mainly used for cooling pellet feed after the pelleting process in compound feed mills and biomass pellet plants. It rapidly cools high-temperature pellets discharged from the pellet mill to a temperature slightly above ambient temperature, ensuring continuous operation of the entire production line and facilitating storage, preservation and transportation.

1.It cools high-temperature and high-humidity pellets based on the counterflow cooling principle. This avoids sudden chilling caused by direct contact between cold air and hot pellets, effectively preventing surface cracking of finished pellets. Equipped with an air lock feeder and featuring a large air intake area, it delivers outstanding cooling performance. 

2.Fitted with slide valve or pendulum type discharging mechanism, the machine runs smoothly and reliably with minimal material residue.
