Our steel billet forging heating furnace is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, induction heating equipment independently developed for metal forging, hot rolling, extrusion, and metal heat treatment industries. Adopting medium-frequency induction heating technology, this forging furnace realizes rapid and uniform heating for carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other metal billets. It is widely applicable to round steel, square steel, steel bar and various customized metal blanks, perfectly matching forging workshops, metallurgical factories, hardware processing plants and heavy industrial production lines. 


1. Uniform & Rapid Heating, Low Oxidation

Compared with traditional gas-fired furnaces and coal-fired furnaces, the induction heating method heats the billet from the inside to the outside. The heating temperature is balanced without overheating on the surface. The heating speed is extremely fast, which effectively shortens the heating cycle. The oxide scale rate is controlled at an ultra-low level, greatly reducing metal loss and improving the surface finish and forging quality of finished products.

2. Energy Saving & Environmental Protection, Low Operating Cost

The furnace body adopts high-density thermal insulation refractory materials to reduce heat dissipation loss. The energy conversion efficiency of induction heating is as high as 95%. Compared with traditional heating furnaces, it saves more than 30% of electricity and fuel. There is no open flame, no waste gas emission, no smoke and dust pollution. It complies with global industrial environmental protection emission standards and reduces factory environmental transformation costs.

3. Modular Structure & Easy Operation

Adopting integrated modular design, the equipment occupies a small area and is easy to install and move. It supports horizontal and longitudinal feeding, and can be matched with automatic feeding and discharging mechanisms to realize assembly line continuous production. The human-machine interactive interface is simple and intuitive, requiring no complex professional operation skills, effectively reducing labor costs.

Key components adopt high-quality industrial-grade materials, with strong high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
